Micro-Tool Documentation
The reference layout every PyForge asset ships with — the same structure your buyers see when they open the README of any tool in the vault.
Overview & Solved Problem
Every asset page opens with the pain it removes: which repetitive task it automates, who it is built for (developers, founders, marketers) and the measurable outcome — hours saved per week, errors eliminated, workflows replaced.
Keep it concrete: one paragraph on the problem, one on the approach, one sentence on what ships in the box.
Quickstart & Installation
Three steps, always the same shape — from ZIP to running in under two minutes:
1 — Unzip and create the environment
unzip your-tool_v1.zip && cd your-tool
python -m venv .venv && source .venv/bin/activate2 — Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt3 — Configure and run
cp .env.example .env # add your keys
python main.py --runConfiguration Options & Architecture
Every tunable lives in .env or a flags table: API keys, intervals, output paths, retry policy. No magic constants buried in code.
# .env.example
API_KEY=
SCHEDULE_INTERVAL=3600
OUTPUT_DIR=./reports
MAX_RETRIES=5Architecture stays flat on purpose: main.py orchestrates, one module per concern (fetch, transform, export), everything typed and testable. Extend it for a client in an afternoon, not a sprint.
Commercial License Terms & Support
Each asset includes a lifetime commercial license: unlimited personal and client projects, no royalties, no attribution. Redistribution of the source itself is the only thing off the table — full terms on the Terms of Service page.
Support: pyforgeofficial@gmail.com — replies within 24 hours on business days.
