Seller identity
PyForge (py-forge.com) is operated by Alessio Auretto, Italy. Contact for any legal, commercial or support matter: support@py-forge.com — we reply within 24 hours on business days.
Products & delivery
PyForge sells digital content (Python source-code tools) and the All-Access Pass. After payment you get an instant download link for the ZIP; Pass buyers also get access to the private All-Access Vault on GitHub.
Refunds & right of withdrawal
Downloads are delivered immediately. At checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is provided (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)), so there are no change-of-mind refunds.
If a tool doesn't work as described, email support@py-forge.com with the command you ran, the full error output, your OS and your Python version. We reproduce the issue and send you a fixed version. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full. Issues we can't reproduce are usually local setup, and we'll help you get the tool running.
A refund revokes the licence: stop using and delete the tool. The download link, or Vault access for the Pass, is removed.
Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for digital content, are not affected.
Disputes
